While living in Denver, Colorado, years ago I was introduced to the Denver art scene, where I established myself as an artist. During this time I had the opportunity to join an art Co-op, Boxcar Gallery. Boxcar was located in the historical Santa Fe Art District near downtown Denver. It was a pleasure to work with and be around a diverse group of people and art. I was able to participate in numerous art shows and art conventions, all while learning how to curate my art shows. I will forever be grateful for this experience.
I’m a southern man who was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, as the youngest of three. I went to University of Alabama-Birmingham where I received a Bachelors of Arts degree, with a focus in painting. This was followed up with me earning a degree in 2-D and 3-D animation from Collins College, in Tempe, Arizona. I now reside in Greenville, South Carolina. I am back to my southern to my roots.
My ultimate goal when creating artwork is to allow the titles only to hint at my ideas and thoughts behind each piece. Thus, giving the audience a better opportunity for a pure and personal interpretation limiting my interference or influence.
